Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been prepared, packed, or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription plan at any time. Cancellation requests apply only to future scheduled deliveries.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following situations:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Product damaged during delivery
• Product received in unusable condition due to delivery-related issues

Issue Reporting

Customers must report delivery-related issues within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Photographs of the product and packaging may be requested.

Natural Product Variations

Banana leaves are natural agricultural products.

Natural variations including size, colour, texture, thickness, markings, minor edge drying, edge curling, yellowing, or gradual appearance changes resulting from normal aging of the leaf do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or returns.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.
